Squats


For getting rid of the cellulite on the thighs and hips, do squats. Stand straight against a wall, with your back touching it. Now, bend your knees and lower your upper body towards the floor. When the thighs become parallel to the ground, hold in that position for a minute and then again come up. While doing squats, make sure that your knees are behind your toes. Inner Thigh Lift


Another of the effective cellulite exercises for thighs, is the inner thigh lift. To do this exercise, lie on your left side on an exercise mat, with your left hand stretched out straight below your head. Keep a pillow ready in front of your knees and place your right knee on it, keeping your lower right leg straight below the knee. Do not bend or turn your body when you do this. Next, keep your right hand on the floor, in front of you and start lifting your left leg slowly. Lunges


Lunges help in reducing cellulite from the legs as well as the hips. To perform this exercise, stand with your right foot in the front. Bend your right knee and lower your body, till your right thigh and knee are parallel to the ground. Keep your upper body straight. Next, keep both your hands on the right knee and move your hips forward. Keep your body in this position for thirty seconds and then come back to the starting position. Now, change the leg and repeat the same exercise. This cellulite reduction exercise removes fats as well as tones your hips and thighs.

Stomach Cellulite Exercises


Getting rid of fats and cellulite on stomach is the most difficult thing to do. However, by regularly doing cardiovascular exercises such as walking, running, cycling, aerobics and dancing, a person can get rid of stomach cellulite eventually. Certain abdominal exercises such as crunches and abdominal bicycle can prove to be effective too. For doing abdominal cycling, simple lie on an exercise mat and keep your hands behind your head. Next, lift your head a few inches above the ground and bring your knees near your chin. Start moving your legs as if you are pedaling a cycle. Continue this for about five minutes or till you are comfortable initially and then increase the time.
