Add/Adhd - Who Is Pushing the Drugs?

The drug pusher may not the guy on the street corner. It could be someone who you would not suspect. It could be your child selling your prescription drugs to his peers, these mood alternating drugs taken from your medicine cabinet. It could be a teacher who recommends drugs to calm over active children. It could be our school system which support drugging our children to make their job easier. It could be the doctor who recommends drugs for Add/Adhd.

There are no real tests for this Adhd condition, only guesses. We observe the child actions and make guess and call this guess a diagnosis. And then put the child on mood alternating drugs which can lead to drug usage for life. And it is the drugs company who take a small co-payment from you and huge profit from the insurance company. I don't believe this is a conspiracy, but it looks, feels and acts like one. All of the people, who we should be able to trust to look out for your child are trying to put your child on drugs perhaps for the rest of their lives for their ease and profit. They have been successful in putting 3-5 % of the world population into this Add/Adhd game in only a few short years. And this number is growing. When Add/Adhd is only a shortage of neurotransmitters problem.

ADD-ADHD - The Often Wrong Usual Suspects

differential diagnosis

A diagnosis of ADD/ADHD is a process that requires a significant amount of observation and, more importantly, a great deal of psychological and medical testing. However, the majority of individuals who have been diagnosed with ADD/ADHD were diagnosed on the reporting of symptoms alone; either self-reporting, or, in the case of a child, reporting from parents, teachers, and caregivers. Many people are being medicated solely on the rushed diagnosis of a family physician who really doesn't have the time to discuss the condition in-depth and who likely fails to recommend the individual for further testing; testing that might rule out other common disorders, or that might even point to nothing more than undesirable behavior.
